We are pleased to announce that Lara Sezerler has been promoted to partner in the M&A and Capital Markets Group of the Firm effective from January 1, 2019. Lara is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience in transactional M&A and capital markets matters, especially in 144A / Regulation S equity and debt offerings, as well as the mergers & acquisitions of listed companies. She represented issuers, underwriters and arrangers in public offerings and benchmark bond projects, as well as purchasers and sellers in the acquisition/sale of various public and non-public companies by strategic, financial and private equity investors. She is based in the Istanbul Office.
