Ece Öztaş focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, and project finance. She has represented and advised local and international companies in connection with cross-border and domestic M&A transactions and corporate restructurings in Türkiye across various sectors, including freight and logistics, luxury retail and cosmetics, TMT, insurance, financial services, and healthcare.
