Gökseli Cengiz specializes in banking & finance, project finance, banking law, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and contract law. She represented various local and international lenders in the financing of several projects in various infrastructure and construction sectors. She also advised major Turkish banks on various legal aspects of their local and daily banking transactions as well as derivative product agreements.
