Lara Sezerler is experienced in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance. She has extensive experience in capital markets, especially in 144A / Regulation S equity and debt offerings, as well as the mergers & acquisitions of listed companies. She also has experience in significant domestic and cross-border/local merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments on a wide range of sectors, where she concentrates on general corporate, real estate, financing as well as other commercial law related matters. She has represented issuers, underwriters and arrangers in public offerings and benchmark bond projects, as well as purchasers and sellers in the acquisition/sale of various public and non-public companies by strategic, financial and private equity investors.
