A draft law permitting the determination of guaranteed electricity offtake prices in the Turkish Lira currency has been submitted to the Parliament on February 17, 2020.
The draft law is expected to be enacted prior to issuance of the solar-2 YEKA tenders and to apply for the capped prices and the guaranteed electricity offtake prices of the said tenders.
