On 11 March 2021, the Personal Data Protection Board (the “Board”) extended the deadlines for registration to the Data Controller Registry Information System (“VERBIS”) as follows:

| Data controllers (legal or real persons) whose annual number of employees is less than 50 and whose annual financial balance is less than TL 25 million, while their main scope of activity includes the process of sensitive personal data |
31 March 2020 (which was later extended to 30 September 2020 and then 31 March 2021) |

| Data controllers which are public institutions or agencies | 30 June 2020 (which was later extended to 31 December 2020 and then 31 March 2021) | 31 December 2021 |
